    Please check the following aspects:

    • Is the device switched on and working?

    • Is the Wi-Fi signal within range of the devices and is there no interference between the device and Wi-Fi?

    Hold the smartphone with the active app close enough to the device to be paired. Exit the app, restart it and repeat the pairing procedure.
