    The system is designed to simultaneously manage up to 100 ednet smart home series devices connected to the camera (central control unit).

  • When and what notifications will I receive via the app?

    The app will notify you at any time provided that Wi-Fi and mobile data are enabled and you have made the appropriate settings in the app. Additional information will be available when the system and sensors change state, or when the camera/sensor receives something. The notifications will be displayed on the lock screen, the status bar, and, of course, the app itself depending on the smartphone model.

    Anyone who has an account in the ednet smart home app can also use it. In the "Main page" menu under "Settings" and under "Logout", you can log out and log in with another account.

    The sharing feature of the app allows you to share the system with other accounts so that, e.g., your family members can access the app and use it as well.

    A Micro SD card that can be integrated into the camera allows motion recording, provided the appropriate setting has been enabled. Once the memory card is full, the oldest data will automatically be overwritten (ring memory principle).

    The system will delete old records without any notification or warning.

    Change camera password:

    1. Set up a new camera and connect it to Wi-Fi.
    2. Information sign will appear: "For security reasons, please change the default password of your camera."
    3. OK.
    4. Enter the old password "admin" and then enter a new password.


    Go to the menu on the "Main page" and then click on "Settings". Click on "Change password" to change your password. In the settings menu, you have the option to change the device password under the advanced settings. To do so, please enter your old password in the appropriate place and then set a new one. Finally, you only have to confirm your new password.

    Yes. You should update the system on a regular basis to make sure your app is up-to-date and working properly. The updates provided include new smart home system features and enhancements.
